These Terms of Service govern your use of the Kids Cash Register app. By downloading or using the App, you agree to the following terms.

1. Intended Audience

Kids Cash Register is intended for children ages 4 and up, but all purchases and device-level permissions must be handled by a parent or adult guardian. The App contains no online features and no data collection.

2. Use of the App

You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes. The App is designed for pretend-play and educational entertainment. You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the App's source code.

3. In-App Purchases

The App includes one optional one-time in-app purchase ("Unlock Full Experience") which provides access to 7 additional stores and ability to create custom stores. All purchases are processed securely through Apple's App Store, require parental approval, and the App does not provide subscription services or recurring payments.

4. Privacy & Data

Kids Cash Register does not collect, store, or transmit personal data, does not include advertising, operates entirely offline, and uses camera/photo access only for user-initiated image selection which stays on device.

5. Parental Responsibility

Because this app is intended for children, adults are responsible for reviewing and approving any purchases and ensuring children do not attempt purchases without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee error-free operation or uninterrupted availability.
